We have listed some of our frequently asked questions below, if none of these answer your question, please feel free to contact us. 

Are your dog bowls waterproof?

All of our dog bowls are coated in an external industry leading finish, whilst not waterproof they are water resistant. They should never be submerged to be washed, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth or antibacterial spray if required. We advise that all of our dog bowls should be used for indoor use only. As with any piece of wooden furniture, where possible, store away from any sources of direct heat, e.g radiators etc. 

When will my item be delivered?

When viewing our products, you will be able to see our current processing time. This is the time it takes for us to receive and make your order from start to finish. We then despatch your order with Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on size. Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days, or you can upgrade at checkout for 24hr delivery (please note, processing times will still be required even if delivery is upgraded). 

Can we have more than one name on our dog bowl?

Yes, you can have as many names you’d like, however, the more names added the smaller the text will be. If you have any queries regarding text size please contact us and we can send you a preview. 

What size bowl is best for my dog? 

Please see our ‘How To’ page under resources for a comprehensive guide to selecting the correct bowl for your furry friend. 

Do we make custom pieces?

Yes, everything we make is made by ourselves from scratch to if you have a custom item in mind please contact us and we will do what we can to meet your requirements. 

Do your hangers and hooks come with wall fixings?

At this moment in time we do not currently offer fixings to be included as this is all dependant on your wall type, 9/10 you will just require two screws but please see our How To guide on fixing our products to your wall if you are unsure.
