Delivery

All of our products have a 10 working days processing time. This time is used to make & finish your order. Orders will then be posted with Royal Mail tracked48 service, if you require an item by a particular date please contact us and we will do what we can to meet your requirements.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50, if the amount of your order is below £50 then postage will be added at a flat rate of £3.99. You can chose to upgrade your delivery from our standard service to Royal Mail tracked 24 for an additional £4.99.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us to discuss your concerns and we will do what we can to rectify this. However, any personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged from transport.

If an item arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the package and the damage on the item so this can be passed on to our courier.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for incorrect engraving/spelling mistakes made by the customer. If this does occur we do not offer refunds for these items.
